Endomines Finland Plc's Annual Report 2022 has been published. The Annual Report includes the Report of the Board of Directors, the Financial Statements for 2022, the Corporate Governance Statement, the Remuneration Report, and the Sustainability Report.

The Financial Statement is published in accordance with the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements as an XHTML file. In line with the ESEF requirements, the primary statements have been labelled with XBRL tags. The XHTML file and its XBRL entries have been validated by an auditing community.

PricewaterhouseCoopers has issued a reasonable assurance report on the ESEF financial statements of Endomines Finland Plc. The assurance engagement has been performed in accordance with the International Standard on Assurance Engagements ISAE 3000.
