Enersize launches automated real-time compressed air efficiency analysis tool as SaaS
Enersize Oyj ("Enersize") today announces it has launched its automated real-time compressor analysis as Software as a Service (SaaS). This means that all customers can now be offered access to the online analytical tool wherever they are. The analysis tool is accessed via a standard web browser and is based on the two patent applications Enersize submitted back in 2018.
Using this patented automated compressor analysis tool, analysis takes place online, in real time and provides the opportunity for customers to get a direct overview of how compressors interact with each other and with the factory's compressed air demand without expert human knowledge on site. The automated analysis includes a number of different tools that all work in real time and are accessible online.
Thanks to the automated analysis, a technician or plant operator can monitor and gain direct insight into a compressed air system without expert assistance. The automated analysis compiles information previously hidden in different types of metrics and charts, it can then classify and visualize this information, and then offer the ability to combine visualized data with computer simulations of ideal operations. The tool also provides the opportunity to detect measurement or sensor errors as well as bottlenecks in compressed air treatment and distribution.
The real-time analysis of the data streamed means that the operating stability and efficiency of compressed air systems can be analyzed and monitored on an ongoing basis. The tool can also be used to enable real-time monitoring of how system setting changes affect efficiency and stability. The tools also support online analysis of historical measurement data, which means that the tool can be used retroactively on previously collected data.
