Enersize Oyj presents clarification on warrants of series 1/2019

Enersize Oyj's ("Enersize") hereby publishes a clarification regarding the terms of the warrants of series 1/2019 which were issued in March 2019 and are admitted to trading on Nasdaq Stockholm First North. Clarification refers partly to exercise periods and partly to the exercise price in EUR.

The warrants have a term of three years from issuance and can be utilized twice a year, partly during the period 1 April - 30 April and partly during the period 1 October - 31 October. The last utilizing period is 30 days before the warrants expire, thus February 6 - March 8, 2022. Enersize hereby clarifies that in the event that an exercise period is terminated during a weekend, the closest weekday shall be the last day for exercising warrants in the respective exercise periods.

Four (4) warrants entitle to subscription of one (1) new share at an exercise price of SEK 4 per share or equivalent amount in EUR. Enersize hereby clarifies that the strike price is regulated in SEK and that respective warrant holders themselves shall contact their bank to make conversion from SEK to EUR in case this is needed.
