Information regarding warrants
Below is QnA for the warrants that will be issued to existing owners free of charge
Q) I am an existing shareholder, do I need to do something to receive my warrants?
A) No, if you are the registred owner of the shares on the record date you will receive warrants that will be registred in your name. IF you sell your shares before the record date you will not receive any warrants.

Q) When will the share trade without the right to receive warrants?
A) After the record date the shares will traded without the warrants. If you sell shares after this date you will still receive your warrants. If you buy shares after this date you will not be entiteled to receive warrants for those shares. Enersize will release a pressreleasse of the record date once this date is known.

Q) When is the record date? When do I receive my options,
A) The exact date is yet not known.The issuing process for the warrants is still ongoing with Euroclear and the issuing agent. As soon as this is finalised, Enersize will publish the record date through a press release about 5 days in advance. Enersize has been infored that the process will not be finalised before the end of this year. Enersize estimates that the record date will occur in January 2019.

Q) When will trading in the warrants start?
A) After the record date there will be a delay before trading commences on First North Stockholm. In the mean time all shares will be traded without warrants attached to them. If shares are sold after the record date you will still reciecive the warrants. After the record date the warrants are applied for trading with Nasdaq and once Nasdaq has approived the listing Enersize will publish a pressrelease with the estimated first day of trading.
