Today, trading in warrants of series 1/2019 will commence

English translation of previously released regulatory news:Today, March 14, 2019, trading starts in Enersize Oyj's ("Enersize") warrants of series 1/2019. The warrants are traded with ISIN code FI4000359641 and under the ticker "ENERS TO 1". The last day of trading in the warrants is March 4, 2022.

In total, there are 44,229,680 outstanding warrants of series 1/2019. Four (4) warrants entitle to subscription of one (1) new share at an exercise price of SEK 4 per share or equivalent amount in EUR. In total, a maximum of 11,057,420 shares can be issued by utilizing warrants of series 1/2019. The warrants have a term of three years from issuance and can be utilized twice a year, partly during the period 1 April - 30 April and partly during the period 1 October - 31 October. The last utilizing period is 30 days before the warrants expire, thus February 6 - March 8, 2022.
