    Tietokeskus and Enfo to join forces and become largest domestic company in the IT sector

    IT service companies Tietokeskus and Enfo will join forces following a full buyout of Enfo´s shares by Tietokeskus. The combined companies will become Finland’s largest domestic IT service company, with 800 specialists around the country. While the transaction concerns Enfo’s IT service business, Osuuskunta KPY will remain the majority owner of Enfo’s subsidiary Epical.     Enfo IT Services strengthened during the half year 2024

    KPY, the majority owner of Enfo Oy, published a half-year report (available in Finnish)  including the operations of the Group's subsidiaries on 29.8.2024. Enfo IT Services business was profitable during the review period 1–6/2024, which continued the line already seen in the 2023 reporting.     Change in Enfo's financial management

    Enfo has appointed a new Chief Financial Officer for IT Services. Joni Pursiainen (eMBA, BBA) will start in this role on February 26, 2024, and will be responsible for Enfo's financial management and funding, and the development of related processes. He will also participate in business development as a member of the management team and will report to Nina Annila, EVP, IT Services.     Enfo’s consulting business to be rebranded as Epical – Enfo announces new corporate structure

    Separation of businesses creates stronger conditions for profitability and growth.Enfo will adopt a new corporate structure. As of June 1, 2023, Enfo Oyj will consist of two independent businesses: Enfo’s consulting business will be rebranded as Epical, and its IT Services business will continue to operate under the Enfo brand. The new structure will be implemented instead of executing the partial demerger announced in November 29, 2022 , while supporting the original separation strategy.

    Qivada, Enfo's new subsidiary, accelerates the development of data analytics through automation

    Automation can be used to improve the efficiency of data utilization in business.     Enfo and Norwegian Pearl Group AS have signed an agreement according to which Enfo divests its 30% ownership in the Swedish SAP consultancy Zuite Business Consulting to Pearl.“The divestment is in line with our strategy.     Decisions of the Annual General Meeting of Enfo Oyj

    Enfo Oyj’s Annual General Meeting was held on March 24, 2021 in Kuopio.The Annual General Meeting decided that no dividend is paid for the year 2020. Kaisa Olkkonen, Mikko Laine, Ari Virtanen and Jani Vahvanen were elected as members of the Board of Directors. At the constitutive meeting held after the Annual General Meeting, the Board of Directors elected Kaisa Olkkonen as the Chairperson.
