Eniros publishes additional financial information in connection with the parent company's company reorganisation
As previously announced, on March 30, 2020, the Solna District Court granted the parent company of Eniro group, Eniro AB (publ), corporate registration number 556588-0936, company reorganisation. Attorney Lars Lars Gustafsson, lawyer at the Law Firm Schjødt, was appointed Administrator.
In connection with the composition proposal, questions have been received regarding the Group's cash which in the year-end report as of December 31, 2019 amounted to approximately SEK 215 million. The cash is held by the following companies:

Pledged bank deposits
As collateral for the fulfillment of certain subsidiaries' pension obligations, the Eniro AB has provided collateral of SEK 182 million. This security is general in nature and includes pension liabilities attributable to Eniro AB, the subsidiaries Eniro Sverige AB, Eniro Sverige Försäljning AB, Eniro Initiatives AB and Eniro 118 118 AB. The parent company's pension debt as of December 31, 2019 amounts to SEK 73 million. For further information, please see the 2019 Annual Report.
Costs for recapitalization and company reorganisation 2020
The costs of the recapitalization and company reorganisation 2020 will be fully recognized when company reorganisation is completed.
