EOS Russia AB’s (publ) Nominating Committee has been appointed

In accordance with the decision taken at EOS Russia’s Annual General Meeting 2012, a Nominating Committee has been appointed among two of the largest shareholders of the company and the Chairman of the Board. The Nominating Committee shall prepare and submit proposals to the general meeting regarding chairman of the board, board members, board fees, auditor and fees to the auditor.

The appointed Nominating Committee consists of: Seppo Remes (Chairman of the Board of EOS Russia AB), Lars Bane (representing Noonday Asset Management) and Richard Webb (representing Metage Capital).
