Comments regarding Esmaeilzadeh Holding’s net asset value as of 30 June 2023

Esmaeilzadeh Holding AB (publ) (”EHAB”) today published its net asset value as of 30 June 2023. To provide further details on the changes compared to the previously published net asset value, EHAB is including comments below regarding two of the holdings in its portfolio.

As of 30 June 2023, EHAB’s fair value of its holding in Rebellion Capital AB (”Rebellion”) amounts to SEK 1,012.1 million (SEK 1,082.1 million as of 31 May 2023). The adjusted fair value is based on the valuation used in the implementation of a new incentive program in Rebellion during the second quarter of 2023.

As of 30 June 2023, EHAB’s fair value of its holding in Dentalum Group AB (“Dentalum”) amounts to SEK 542.0 million (SEK 630.5 million as of May 31, 2023), after EHAB’s investment of SEK 80.4 million in Dentalum’s share issue in June which was aimed towards its existing shareholders. The adjusted value of the holding has been determined through a comprehensive evaluation of various factors, including Dentalum’s development, valuations of comparable peers, the latest share issue predominantly to existing shareholders, growth prospects, and overall market conditions.
