Esmaeilzadeh Holding appoints Head of Funding and COO

Esmaeilzadeh Holding AB (publ) (”EHAB”) has appointed Mikael Ericson as acting Head of Funding and Charlotte Varre Kornborg as Chief Operating Officer (COO).

Mikael Ericson has long and solid experience from several leading positions in the banking and finance industry, including as Head of Handelsbanken Capital Markets and as CEO of Carnegie Investment Bank. Today, Mikael is chairman of the board of Lyvia Group, and a board member of, among others, E. Öhman J:or Aktiebolag and Protium Green Solutions. Mikael has also been CEO of Intrum. Mikael started as acting Head of Funding for EHAB on 1 June 2023.

Charlotte Varre Kornborg has broad experience from the financial industry, where she most recently worked as COO for the Investment company CMI Group and for the group's private equity company PEQ Invest. Charlotte has also been CEO of Property Invest and board member of several group- and portfolio companies. Charlotte will join EHAB as COO on 28 August 2023.
