Estancia Logistik AB (publ) publishes bond prospectus and applies for listing of its bonds on Nasdaq Stockholm

Estancia Logistik AB (publ) announced on 29 December 2014 that the company had decided to issue senior secured bond loan of SEK 175 million, within a total framework amount of SEK 200 million, on the Swedish bond market. On 16 January 2015, the company announced a subsequent bond issue of SEK 25 million under the bond loan. The bonds carry a fixed interest of 7.50 per cent per annum and matures 29 May 2019. Estancia has applied for listing of the bonds on the Corporate Bond list at Nasdaq Stockholm. The first day of trading is expected to be 25 September 2015. In connection with this
