Everfuel: Deputy CEO steps down to be nominated to the Board of Directors
Herning, Denmark, 30 October 2024 – Martin Skov Hansen will step down as deputy chief executive officer to qualify for nomination and appointment to the Board of Directors.
Martin Skov Hansen, who joined Everfuel as Deputy CEO 1 January 2023, has been pivotal in the company's development. His focus on organisational development, HR, and maturing key business and internal processes has been instrumental in driving Everfuel forward.
Prior to his Deputy CEO role, Martin served as member of the board in Everfuel, since the Company’s inception. Martin is expected to be nominated and appointed to the Board of Directors in the upcoming general assemblies, and thus, when appointed, will continue to bring his vast experience and industry insight into play for the company.

Martin Skov Hansen will formally step down as Deputy CEO effective as of October 30th, 2024, but will remain available for the rest of year to ensure a smooth transfer of responsibilities to CEO Jacob Krogsgaard. There will be no successor to the role as Deputy CEO.
