Everfuel A/S - Annual General Meeting 2022 - Søren Eriksen appointed Chair of the Board
Herning, Denmark, 27 April 2022 - The Annual General Meeting 2022 was held today. All the proposed resolutions were approved by the AGM. This includes election of Christina Aabo, Anne Kathrine Steenbjerge, Kjell Christian Bjørnsen and Søren Eriksen to the Board of Directors and the
re-election of Jørn Rosenlund and Martin Skov Hansen as directors.
In a meeting of the Board of Directors following the AGM, Søren Eriksen was appointed Chairperson of the board. Eriksen has in-depth experience as CFO and CEO of large Danish companies (such as TDC and DSB) and from private equity and consulting within renewable energy, technology and energy transition. He replaces Mogens Filtenborg, who stepped down from the board.

It is an impressive company with a unique platform and my main task as chairperson is to oversee the continued growth and scale-up which is well underway,” said Søren Eriksen.
