Anna Storåkers, who has been a member of the board of Ework Group AB (publ) since 2012, has announced her resignation from the board. The background is Anna's desire to have more time available for other assignments, as CRD IV regulations limit the permitted number of assignments for board members in banks and other institutions.

Anna has been proposed as a board member of Max Matthiessen and intends to leave Ework’s board on 30 September 2020.

“On behalf of the board and the shareholders, I would like to express a sincere thank you to Anna. She has been a major contributor to the company's development, including the transition towards increased system content in recent years”, says Staffan Salén, chairman.
