Changes in the Management team for eWork Scandinavia AB (publ)

From October 1, some management changes for eWork Scandinavia AB (publ) will take place. Sofie König, currently Vice President with functional responsibilities for Marketing and HR, has decided to leave the company. New Group HR Manager is Nina Karlsson, who since 2006 have been working for the Finnish subsidiary and new Group Marketing Manager is Eric Thornberg which since 2010 been part of eWork Group.

Sofie König is co-founder of eWork and since 2000 she has been head of marketing and since 2008 Vice president and also Head of HR. Sofie has during her time at eWork been a leader on issues related to eWork´s market position, corporate culture and performance management and has led efforts to create a value drive organization. The passion has now led to that Sofie, after 12 years with the company, want a new challenge and see her future completely in strategic HR and Talent Management, acting from her own company. We have made a plan for Sofie´s phasing out and handover to her replacement, which means that she will leave the company at the end of the year.
