Consultancy and competence partner Ework Group has signed a multi-year agreement with Danske Spil, Denmark’s national lottery. The four-year partnership highlights Ework Group’s growing public sector engagement in Denmark and includes the delivery of Managed Service Provider (MSP) solutions combined with a Vendor Management System (VMS).

Through the agreement, Ework Group will support Danske Spil’s strategic workforce planning by ensuring access to the right competence at the right time. The MSP solution includes full-service support for recruitment and management of contingent talent. The VMS platform adds further value by streamlining the entire process—from talent request and onboarding to time reporting and offboarding—giving Danske Spil full visibility and control over its talent pipeline.

“This is a significant milestone in Ework Group Denmark’s journey and a strong indicator of our growing position in the Danish market. Partnering with a trusted and well-known institution like Danske Spil is a major step forward and a true feather in the cap for our entire team,” says Katrine Fog, Head of Market Unit Denmark at Ework Group.

Danske Spil A/S was founded in 1948 with the purpose of providing core funding for Danish sports and associations. Danske Spil is owned by the state, DIF and DGI, and its mission is to generate profit for the benefit of society and to support a responsible gambling market.
In 2024, Danske Spil set a new record for its contribution to the lottery funds, exceeding DKK 1.8 billion.

“At Ework, we’ve found a supplier of IT resources that offers a modern and transparent solution that suits our need for IT consultants. We look forward to a positive collaboration that ensures access to the right competencies in a competitive market,” says Lars Ottesen, Head of IT Development at Danske Spil.
