Northern Sweden is undergoing a historic growth phase, with major industrial investments and an increased demand for specialist expertise. To meet the needs of companies and organizations in the region, Ework Group is now strengthening its presence in the north and expanding its ability to deliver flexible and strategic competence solutions locally.

With new agreements and expanded collaboration with existing clients, particularly in the energy sector, Ework Group has decided to open a new office in Luleå . This will become the company’s seventh office in its home market, Sweden. Talent acquisition is one of the biggest challenges for companies in northern Sweden, where industries such as green industry, energy, infrastructure, and tech are growing rapidly. To meet the demand and get closer to clients and consultants in the region, Ework Group is now taking the next step in its expansion.

"We see enormous potential in northern Sweden, where access to the right expertise is crucial for continued development and growth. By strengthening our presence, we can better support companies and organizations in both attracting top talent and working long-term with their talent strategies," says Johan Liberson, responsible for the expanded establishment in northern Sweden.

Northern Sweden is one of Europe's most dynamic growth regions, but competition for talent is fierce. To succeed, companies need to think in new ways about talent supply and combine various solutions; from interim roles to long-term strategies.

"Building and developing our network of consultants in northern Sweden is one of our top priorities. We see strong demand for specialists in areas such as automation, project management, and electrical power, and we want to make it easier for both companies and consultants to find the right collaborations. By combining local presence with our global reach, we can create stronger relationships and an even more dynamic labor market," says Michael Hellman, Skill Practice Lead at Ework Group.

By being closer to the market, Ework Group strengthens its position as a leading partner in talent acquisition and makes it easier for companies in northern Sweden to navigate a rapidly changing labor market.

Ework Group’s office in Luleå is located at Timmermansgatan 22.
