Stockholm, Sweden, 14 June 2010 – C2SAT (NGM-Stock Exchange, C2ST) today announced that the company is launching a new reflector solution for the Ku-band, based on its proven 4-axes system for stabilising VSAT antennas in maritime environment, during the CommunicAsia exhibition in Singapore.

“The new C2SAT 1.2m Ku II accommodates much of the new market requirements emerging as the maritime VSAT market is developing. The new antenna is e.g., prepared to handle automatic switching between satellites (Automatic Beam Switching), remote monitoring and remote maintenance. The new reflector solution is also specially designed to accommodate both Cross pol and Co pol technology to separate between transmit and receive frequencies and, from a radio perspective, now even more resilient to harsh maritime environments”, says Fredrik Nygren, CEO at C2SAT.

C2SAT 1.2m Ku II, will be launched at CommunicAsia in Singapore, 15-18 June, booth 6J2-07.
