Farstad Shipping ASA – Approved Annual Accounts 2015
Farstad Shipping ASA's audited Annual Accounts for 2015 were approved by the Board of Directors on 18 March 2016. The final Annual Accounts for 2015 are identical to the preliminary accounts published on 29 February 2016.

Notice of Annual General Meeting including annexes will be distributed to the shareholders in week 16.
The Annual General Meeting will be held on 12 May 2016. The Board of Directors has proposed to the Annual General Meeting that no dividend should be paid for the fiscal year 2015.

Farstad Shipping’s fleet currently consists of 57 vessels (29 AHTS, 22 PSV and 6 SUBSEA) and 1 SUBSEA vessel under construction.
