Farstad Shipping ASA – Charter Agreement

Total E&P Congo has through Petro Services awarded the CSV Far Sleipner (2015, VARD 3 07, 9,200 DWT) a contract of 18 months to support their subsea development activity in Congo. Commencement of the contract will take place during Q4 2016. Total has option to extend the contract by 6 x 2 months periods.

The commercial terms of the agreement will be kept private and confidential between the parties.

- Over the last 18 months, Far Sleipner has developed very good relations with Total through the work performed on the MOHO North field development project in Congo.
