Farstad Shipping ASA – Sale of vessel
Farstad Shipping ASA has sold the AHTS Lady Sandra (1998, KMAR 404, 15,014 BHP).
The sale of the vessel has been conducted on behalf of the wholly owned subsidiary Farstad Shipping Pte. Ltd. in Singapore.
Delivery of the vessel to the new owner has taken place today, Monday 26 September 2016.
Following an impairment charge of NOK 11 million in 2Q 2016, the sale of the vessel will result in an immaterial accounting effect for 3Q 2016.

After the sale of Lady Sandra, Farstad Shipping’s fleet consists of 56 vessels (28 AHTS, 22 PSV and 6 SUBSEA) and 1 SUBSEA vessel under construction.
