Farstad Shipping ASA – Sale of vessel
Farstad Shipping ASA has sold the AHTS Lady Guro (2001, UT 719, 5,453.6 BHP).
The sale of the vessel has been conducted on behalf of the wholly owned subsidiary Farstad Shipping Pte. Ltd. in Singapore.
Delivery of the vessel to the new owner has taken place today, Wednesday 28 October 2015.
The vessel is sold at book value.

After the sale of Lady Guro Farstad Shipping’s fleet consists of 61 vessels (30 AHTS, 25 PSV and 6 SUBSEA) and 1 SUBSEA vessel under construction.
