Fellow Bank Plc: 1 175 088 new shares registered in the trade register

FELLOW BANK PLC STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 6.7.2022 AT 4:20 PM EEST

Fellow Bank Plc ("Fellow Bank") announced on 4 July 2022 that it had agreed to acquire the entire share capital of Mobify Invoices Oy and that it executes a directed issue of new shares (the "New Shares") relating to the acquisition (the "Share Issue"). In the Share Issue, Fellow Bank issued a total of 1,175,088 New Shares. The New Shares have today been registered in the trade register maintained by the Finnish Patent and Registration Office.

As a result of the registration of the New Shares, the number of all registered shares in Fellow Bank is 88,332,182. The New Shares (ISIN code FI4000170915) confer shareholder rights in Fellow Bank after they have been recorded in the subscribers' book-entry accounts.

Trading in the New Shares is expected to start on the Nasdaq Helsinki stock exchange list on or about 7 July 2022, provided that Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd accepts the company's listing application.
