Light Saber King

FEM supplies the Prince Castle Saber King – making light-work of food prep.

Fresh ingredients prepared on site are more cost-effective and tastier, but preparing them can be labour-intensive and time-consuming.

FEM has recently launched the Prince Castle Saber King, a manual food prep tool which saves kitchen staff time and labour, and makes the preparation of fresh fruit and vegetables quick, easy and safe.

The Prince Castle Saber King is an all-in-one slicer, capable of slicing a range of different fruits and vegetables. As it can replace a range of specialist slicers the kitchen may have, it saves space. The multi-purpose chassis can be fitted with easily interchangeable blade sets (purchased separately) for tomatoes, onions and lettuce.

The Saber King is perfect for venues short on space but with a high demand for fresh ingredients, as it cuts multiple slices, simultaneously. Its heavy duty build means it is built to last and ensures a long service life.

Being efficient, easy to clean and simple to use, the Saber King is ideal for any catering operation wanting to save time and labour when prepping fruit and vegetables. The patented blade covers keep operators safe.

The Saber King measures 416mm (w) x 416mm (d) x 584mm (h) and is available from FEM for a list price of £610 + VAT.
