Mistakes may result in severe injury, which is why heat protection is a key solution to managing speed and safety. San Jamar’s new Cool Touch oven gloves from FEM offer exceptional protection against open flames and high heat workspaces.
Made with the flame-retardant Nomex® and Kevlar®, San Jamar’s Cool Touch oven mitts safeguard hands from temperatures of up to 280°C, for 30 seconds. They will also provide some flame protection up to 482°C. Unique to San Jamar, the Kevlar WebGuard™ provides further protection and durability between the thumb and forefinger, which are the parts of the hand most exposed to heat when cooking.
They’re also comfortable - the angled cuff design makes hand movement easy when wearing the gloves.
As well as a standard hanging loop, Cool Touch gloves feature a magnetic store-away system which allows them to be attached to any magnetic surface.
Made with strong, heat-resistant poly-carbon, San Jamar’s Cool Touch oven gloves are machine washable. This allows high levels of hygiene to be maintained and ensures they are long-lasting.
