Foodservice Equipment Marketing presents the San Jamar Mini Dome Garnish Centre

Just like fine dining, serving quality drinks is as much about appearance as it is taste. From lemons and limes to olives and cucumbers, garnishes are a vital component in modern beverages, crucial to their looks and taste. It’s essential that they remain fresh, vibrant, tasty and free of contamination.

Now Foodservice Equipment Marketing (FEM) has launched the San Jamar Mini Dome Garnish Centre, in addition to the popular standard size series already available. Designed to keep garnishes fresh and contamination-free, it is suitable for both front-of-house and behind the bar. Despite its more compact size, the unit’s patented domed-lid allows for overfilling, giving substantial storage space. The Mini Dome series is made with durable plastics, which are NSF-Certified, dishwasher-safe, and refrigerator-and-freezer-proof.

To further reduce the chances of cross-contamination, the Mini Dome Garnish Centre comes with integrated snap-on caddies where straws, stirrers, picks and tongs can be stored. This allows bar staff and customers using front-of-house drink stations easy and hygienic access to the individual garnishes on display.

Both a deep tray and standard tray set-up can be configured, allowing businesses to choose what works best for their service.

Using the San Jamar’s Dome Stacker Conversion kit, the Mini Dome Garnish Centre can be connected to other Mini Dome units, allowing more capacity and variety in the display while saving space. In cafes and restaurants, the Domes can also be used to store condiments and food toppings.
