    Tom Jörning resigns as board member

    Stockholm, Sweden – September 30, 2014 The board member Tom Jörning has at his own request chosen to resign from Ferronordic Machines’ board of directors due to new obligations within Volvo Group. According to the articles of association the board of Ferronordic Machines shall consist of 3-10 directors. After the resignation of Tom Jörning the board will consist of seven directors. Election of a potential additional board member will be made at the next general meeting of shareholders (latest at the annual general meeting 2015).

    21 May 2013 Ferronordic Machines AB held its Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) in Stockholm on Monday 20 May, 2013. The AGM adopted the income statement and balance sheet for the Company.
