Finavia complements the brand selection at Helsinki Airport. The world-famous lingerie and beauty brand Victoria's Secret will open its first store in Finland at the airport in summer 2015.

Victoria's Secret, the leading specialty retailer of lingerie and beauty products, will open its first Beauty and Accessories store on Finnish soil at the Helsinki Airport. The brand already has an onboard shop on the Viking Grace ferry.

This new store, which opens later this summer, focuses on an iconic, fashion-forward range of beauty products and accessories. Passengers will find prestige fragrances like the FiFi Award-winning Victoria’s Secret Bombshell and VS Angel, as well as the perennial favorites like the most-loved VS Fantasies fragrance, from the store.

Similarly, Helsinki Airport's Victoria's Secret Beauty & Accessories store will feature a range of functional-yet-chic accessories. Branded cosmetic cases, multi-use fashion bags and other must-have essentials like soft scarves, high-quality sunglasses and perfect panties complement the assortment. It’s a great way to track down last-minute gifts or spend a layover shopping.

- We are excited about the arrival of Victoria's Secret and we are proud to welcome the brand with its first Finnish store location at the Helsinki Airport. Large international companies now consider Helsinki Airport an interesting location. This is how we can offer Finnish travellers completely new brands and products, says Finavia's Deputy Director Jukka Isomäki.

The service reform of Helsinki Airport in its final stages

Finavia's service reform at Helsinki Airport is in its final stages. As a result of the revamp of the service points, about 70 new or renovated shops and restaurants will be opened at the airport.

The final renovations will be ready at Terminal 2 by the end of 2015. After that, upgrades will still take place in Terminal 1.

At the same time, Finavia is carrying out an extensive development programme at Helsinki Airport. The goal is to increase the transit capacity at the airport and prepare to serve 20 million yearly passengers by 2020.
