Change in the amount of Finnair Plc treasury shares

Finnair Plc Stock Exchange Release 30 October 2020 at 15:00 p.m. EET

Finnair Plc has on 30 October 2020 transferred a total of 38,940 own shares held by the company as treasury shares gratuitously as a reward payment to participants of Fly Share, Finnair Groups Employee Share Savings Plan.

After the transfer of shares, Finnair holds 170,660 own shares as treasury shares.
