Change in the amount of Finnair Plc treasury shares

Finnair Plc has on 28 October 2021 transferred a total of 16,060 own shares held by the company as treasury shares gratuitously as a reward payment to participants of Fly Share, Finnair Groups Employee Share Savings Plan.

After the transfer of shares, Finnair holds 1,421,133 own shares as treasury shares.
