Change in the amount of Finnair Plc treasury shares

Finnair has on 3 April 2023 transferred a total of 1,324,933 own shares held by the company as treasury shares gratuitously as a reward payment to participants of Fly Share, Finnair Groups Employee Share Savings Plan.

After the transfer of shares, Finnair holds 399,303 own shares as treasury shares.
