Change in the amount of Finnair treasury shares

Finnair has today transferred a total of 180,904 own shares held by the company as treasury shares to the 38 participants of Finnair's share-based incentive scheme 2014–2016 as a reward payment.
More information on the share-based incentive scheme 2014–2016 is available in Finnair’s Remuneration Statement 2016, page 4.
After the transfer of shares, Finnair holds 440,707 own shares as treasury shares.
