Change in the amount of Finnair treasury shares

Finnair has on Friday 28 February 2020 transferred a total of 72,939 own shares held by the company as treasury shares gratuitously as a reward payment to participants of Fly Share, Finnair Group's Employee Share Savings Plan.

After the transfer of shares, Finnair holds 479,374 own shares as treasury shares.
