Change in the amount of Finnair treasury shares

Finnair has on Wednesday 4 March 2020 transferred a total of 269,774 own shares held by the company as treasury shares to the 40 participants of Finnair's share-based incentive scheme 2017–2019 as a reward payment.

After the transfer of shares, Finnair holds 209,600 own shares as treasury shares.
