Change in the amount of Finnair treasury shares

Finnair Plc Stock Exchange Release 15 March 2021 at 16:00 p.m. EET

Finnair has on 15 March 2021 transferred a total of 36,903 own shares held by the company to the 28 participants of share-based incentive scheme 2018-2020 as a reward payment. 

After the transfer of shares, Finnair holds 1,437,193 own shares as treasury shares.
