Change in the amount of Finnair treasury shares

Finnair has on 25 February 2022 transferred a total of 902,093 own shares held by the company as treasury shares gratuitously as a reward payment to participants of Fly Share, Finnair Groups Employee Share Savings Plan.

After the transfer of shares, Finnair holds 519,040 own shares as treasury shares.
