Change in the amount of Finnair treasury shares

Finnair Plc Stock Exchange Release 25 March 2022 at 16:00 p.m. EET

Finnair has on 25 March 2022 transferred a total of 119,737 own shares held by the company to the 23 participants of share-based incentive scheme 2019-2021 as a reward payment. 

After the transfer of shares, Finnair holds 399,303 own shares as treasury shares.
