Finnair financial calendar and AGM in 2015 and updated Disclosure Policy

Finnair Plc will publish four interim reviews in 2015. The publication dates for financial information will be as follows:

• Financial Statements Bulletin for 2014 on Wednesday 11 February 2015
• Interim Report for January–March 2015 on Thursday 7 May 2015
• Interim Report for January–June 2015 on Friday 14 August 2015
• Interim Report for January–September 2015 on Friday 30 October 2015

Finnair’s Financial Statements, Corporate Governance Statement and Remuneration Statement will be published on 11 February 2015.  Finnair’s Annual Report 2014 will be published as a pdf document in February 2015 during week 9 and it will include sustainability reporting in accordance with GRI and tax report for 2014. Finnair’s financial reports are available in Finnish and English on the company website at www.finnairgroup.com.

Finnair Plc's Annual General Meeting is planned to be held on Wednesday 25 March 2015 in Helsinki.

Updated Disclosure Policy

Finnair Board of Directors has decided on a new guidance practice that will be applied from 2015 onward:

• Guidance for the expected full year turnover development will be issued in connection of financial statements bulletin (for year 2015 on 11 February 2015)
• Guidance for the expected full year operational profit development will be issued in connection of January-June Interim Report  (for year 2015 on 14 August 2015)
