Finnair’s 2015 Financial Statements, Corporate Governance Statement and Remuneration Statement have been published

Finnair Plc’s Financial Statements 2015 have been published today on 10 February 2016. The Financial Statements include the Report of the Board of Directors, the consolidated financial statements and parent company financial statements.

Finnair has today also published a Corporate Governance Statement and a Remuneration Statement for 2015.

All of the above statements are attached as separate PDF files to this release and are available also on www.finnairgroup.com.

In addition, Finnair’s Annual Report 2015 was published today on Finnair’s website www.finnairgroup.com. The Annual Report includes, inter alia, all of the publications listed above.

The GRI Section also belonging to the Annual Report will be published by the end of February 2016. It has been prepared in accordance with the G4 disclosure guidelines established by the GRI (Global Reporting Initiative).
