Acquisitions into First Camp Group AB

As announced earlier this year, a sister company to First Camp Group AB (”the Company”) acquired Frigård camping in Denmark, Boden camping in Sweden and the Swedish campsite chain Svenska Campingpärlor AB. These assets will now be acquired into First Camp Group AB.

Total Q3 2021 LTM revenues for the assets are SEK 196 million, with an adjusted EBITDA of SEK 67 million, excluding overhead allocation. The acquisitions into First Camp Group AB will be made following the recently announced increase of the Company’s bond loan. The acquisitions are also financed by additional equity.
