Announcement regarding bond investor meetings

First Camp Group AB has mandated Pareto Securities and Nordea to arrange a series of investor meetings starting on October 27 regarding a tap issue of the bond issued in 2019.

The preliminary amount of the tap issue is SEK 335 million. The amount will be used to finance acquisitions.

A digital investor meeting will be held at 10.00 am CET on October 27. A link to the meeting will be published at https://corporate.firstcamp.se/en/for-investors
