Clarification regarding United Camping Bidco AB's acquisition of 39.7 percent of the shares of Grönklittsgruppen AB (publ)

As separately communicated, United Camping Bidco AB has entered into a binding agreement for the acquisition of 39.7 percent of the shares of Grönklittsgruppen AB (publ), a leading operator within the hospitality industry. The acquired company is outside of United Camping AB and its subsidiaries. The bond holders of United Camping AB will therefore not be directly affected by this transaction.

The United Camping group operates camping business under the trademark First Camp and has today 45 destinations in Sweden and Denmark. Grönklittsgruppen operates a skiing & outdoor segment through the ski resorts in Orsa-Grönklitt and Tänndalen and Orsa rovdjurspark and has also nine campsites in Sweden.

Through United Camping Bidco AB 39.7 percent of the shares of Grönklittsgruppen AB (publ) are now acquired. The sellers are Inlandsinnovation AB, Mittkapital i Jämtland och Västernorrland AB, Ekonord Invest AB and Orsa Besparingsskog.

The transaction is conditional upon approval by the Swedish Competition Authority, which is expected during April 2021.
