First Camp divests part of real estate in Varberg

First Camp has, on October 14, signed an agreement to divest real estate in connection to one of our campsites in Varberg, Sweden.

The estate has not been used in the campsite operations and therefore the divestment has no impact on First Camp’s business operations. The purchase price amounts to SEK 30 million. The purchase price exceeds First Camp’s book value of the divested assets.
