Flowscape contracts for two new installations in the US

A large global North American consulting company continues to expand its Flowscape installation in the United States. The order includes Flowscape's innovative workplace experience solution for the customer's offices in Chicago, IL and Lawrenceville, NJ. The total order value is USD $48,000 the first year and thereafter USD $14,000 annually.

There is a great demand for solutions of desk booking and coordination of which days the employees should be in the office. In these inquiries, Flowscape has one of the strongest offers on the market, which was recently confirmed in an evaluation conducted by one of the largest real estate service providers in the United States.

For this customer, it has been important to have a solution to optimize the employee experience while also optimizing the size of the offices. Important decisions will be made in the next year about size and configuration of the offices they need and therefore accurate data is essential. The Desk Dongle is a cost-effective solution where they both get accurate data on when someone was sitting at a desk and it provides a completely automatic experience for the employees to check in to a desk and find where a colleague is sitting. With Flowscape's solution, they can now get a total overview of how the offices are used. The solution has now been rolled out to about 30 offices in the USA and Canada.

The customer's solution also includes Flowscape's solution for room booking and management of unbookable rooms, where a sensor automatically books it when someone enters. The solution is reached by the employees via smart phone apps, web browser, Outlook plugin and kiosk screens in the office.
