Flowscape customer continues global rollout of desk booking solution
A large global company continues to roll out Flowscape's solution for desk booking and social distancing in the office. The solution is now installed at 25,000 desks in 70 office buildings spread across 27 countries. This order is limited to newly added desks and with an order value of 1.1 MSEK and thereafter 140,000 SEK annually.
“The system rollout with this large global customer continues successfully. New offices and buildings are added continuously, and the target has been increased to reach installations at more than 100 buildings. This system is an important part of the customer's strategy for a safe return to the office. In the next few months, we expect an increase in the number of users and thus additional license revenues.” says Peter Reigo, CEO and founder.
This order is part of a global rollout where the customer will use Flowscape's desk booking solution at all their larger offices. The solution is an important part of the strategy for a safe return to the offices. Desk booking and blocking are used to limit the number of employees in the offices. Only full-day bookings are allowed to avoid change of desks during the workday. The cleaning will be made more efficient through Flowscape's desk cleaning report, where the cleaning team can see which desks have been used during the day. The customer will also use Flowscape's system to monitor the number of people in the offices and contact tracing if any employee is tested positive for Covid-19.
The license model for this customer is based on number of bookable desks in the system and the number of users. This order is only for the desks added to the system in recent months. As the customer's office reopens and the number of users increases, this will generate additional license revenue for Flowscape.
