Flowscape customer expands to 31,000 desks in 34 countries

One of Flowscape's global customers continues its expansion and increases the total number of bookable desks to 31,000 in 100 buildings across 34 countries. This order, which is for the latest expansion, has a value in the first year of SEK 480,000 and thereafter SEK 180,000 annually

“This customer installation is probably one of the largest smart office installations in the world covering 31,000 bookable desks, 7,000 bookable rooms and office maps of 900,000 square meters, all for the same customer. The solution is important for the customer's strategy to create even more attractive offices after the pandemic. The customer wants the best possible workplaces for teamwork and social interaction. At the same time, it is very important that the office space is used efficiently. This is core in our solution” says Peter Reigo, CEO and founder.

The customer is using Flowscape smart office solutions since 2017 including solutions for meeting room booking, desk booking, colleague finding through indoor positioning and analytics for office utilization data. The customer's employees can reach the Flowscape solution via mobile app, web app, kiosk screens and room bookings panels.

The customer's total solution now includes 100 buildings in 34 countries. The customer's employees can book over 31,000 desks and 7,000 meeting rooms. Flowscape's three-dimensional maps cover 900,000 square meters of the customer's office.
