Flowscape gets big new order

An existing large global customer, with more than 100,000 employees, has placed an order to expand Flowscape's room and desk booking solution to additional offices. The order value is MSEK 1,1 and includes both software and installation services.

“We now see that several of our customers are opening up and returning to their offices globally. This customer will purchase additional licenses as the number of users of the system increases. Initially the installation for this customer was focusing only on room booking , but desk booking is now being launched across their offices globally. There are still only a limited number of employees who have returned to the customer’s offices so far, but the growth potential is great once their employees return to the offices and will start using the Flowscape system for desk booking. When the employees will return, additional Flowscape licenses will be bought” says Peter Reigo, CEO and founder.

This customer is using Flowscape's room booking system since 2017 and the solution is installed in 130 of the customer's offices in more than 40 countries. The installation is now being expanded to additional offices and desk booking is an important part of the strategy for a safe return to the offices. Flowscapes also has a function where employees can plan what days in the week they will work in the office based on their team or colleagues' weekly planning. Something that increases collaboration in the office. In the longer term, the customer also sees Flowscape as an important tool for saving office space and optimizing them for collaboration and creativity.
