Flowscape wins big order in Canada
A large global North American consulting company has decided for Flowscape's desk booking solution for their 14 offices in Canada. The order value in the first year is 1.2 MSEK and thereafter 650,000 SEK annually

The fact that the customer selected Flowscape's solution for a safe return to their offices during the Covid-19 pandemic, shows that our type of solution is in demand also for the North American market. The Flowscape solution is an important part of the customer's strategy for a safe return to their offices in the beginning of 2021. But also, to support the transition to more efficient use and reduction of office space in the long term. In order to quickly launch a solution, the customer has chosen to only implement Flowscape's desk booking software in this initial phase. The Flowscape solution will handle desk booking, blocking of desks, email for health self-assessment, cleaning reporting, analytics, and contact tracing, etc. Users get access to the solution via the mobile app, web app and a analytic portal.
The installation will be completed before the year end and will cover a total of 82,000 square meters (appr. 882,000 sqft) office space at 14 offices spread across Canada. The customer has many additional offices in Canada, USA and globally.
