Fonecta Group has completed the acquisition of Digitale Medier 1881 AS, Opplysningen 1881 AS and Hjemmesidehuset AS (the “1881 Group”)

Fonecta Group Oy (also the “Company” and together with its subsidiaries, the “Fonecta Group”) announced on 29 June 2026 that it has, through its wholly-owned Norwegian subsidiary acquired for this purpose, signed a share purchase agreement to purchase all of the shares in the companies in the 1881 Group. The Company is pleased to announce that the acquisition has now been completed.

Following completion, 1881 Group becomes part of the Fonecta Group.
