Inside information: Fonecta Group Oy successfully issues subsequent senior secured bonds for EUR 27,500,000
Fonecta Group Oy (the "Company" and together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") has successfully placed subsequent senior secured bonds for EUR 27,500,000 (the "Subsequent Bonds" and the "Subsequent Bond Issue") under its existing framework of EUR 130,000,000 with ISIN NO0013696633 (the "Bonds"). Following the Subsequent Bond Issue, the total outstanding amount under the bond framework will be EUR 105,500,000.
